Grades

I really don't know what to do now, perhaps I just haven't looked in the right place to view other's remixing of my narrative. I will be checking this again later but I hope that somebody could perhaps point me in the right direction.

If this grading section consists of our grades about how we feel others applied what we wrote, I hope that it is adequate to explain the rationale below, if it is not, then I will copy and paste this to another link, tweek it, remix it, correct it, polish it, so that it will be in the correct format and fully answer what is expected of us to answer.

I have read Cory's Original and his Final Narrative and have left some comments. I feel that he has changed his paper so that he does present a more audience-friendly version, but he has not lost who HE is in the paper. I really like how he introduced the entire final narrative with how this is his story. I think that that is something that is really hard to do, but he has done it. I think that if the grade results from the person we edited actually taking into account the advice from others and "remixing" so to speak the advice to make it work with who they are and who the paper represents, Cory has done it. I like how he did make the final narrative clearer and as my verbiage is starting to annoy me I will try to end this. I feel that Cory deserves full marks on his narrative. 20/20 :)

I really liked the changes Kris made to his narrative. His changes made the story more user-friendly and clear. I really liked how he stuck with his original idea, and really just added more information and rearranged it all. It was very good, I hope that Kris doesn't have any qualms about this revision at all. It is very good. I especially liked his conclusion "I wanted to find an adventure that night and I certainly did." Very nice wrap-up. I think that for these reasons Kris deserves full marks for his renovation of his narrative. :)

Having read Kevin's Final Narrative and his original Narrative I feel that he made the necessary changes. I liked the format of his final as it kindof felt that at first it was just a snapshot of his life. By allowing user interaction it increases the reader participation plus it adds another dimension to his narrative. Narratives are not supposed to be just read, though some great ones are read, they should be able to have some other forms of interaction that please the senses. Reading, Responding, Commenting, Editing, Questioning, and Clarifying are all part of what makes a good narrative good. I like how he did not tweek his narrative, but rather opened it up. I feel that far too often people will change to meet the ideals of other people, again, by opening it up i think that he was able to achieve i guess a higher narrative skill. I believe that Kevin deserves full marks for his work for these reasons and for doing something that most would not consider doing. Good Job Kevin :)
