I really like this picture, it immediately provoked many different thoughts. When I first glanced at the small version of this picture I immediately thought of a fading fire. But then I looked at the picture in another screen and when it was larger it made me think of a makebelieve "wasteland," a frozen mountainous tundra perhaps. Either way, like I said,I like the picture, but it gives me a negative vibe. I think the only non-negative aspect of the picture is the blue "structures" fading into the background. But everything else provokes a negative thought in my head; the sharp points, the orange (fire) color, even just looking at the picture I get the mental thought of something (someone) being impaled by one of the high sharp peaks.

Random thought: If I were an evil villain, I would want my hideout castle to look similar to this picture, with lots of confusing labyrinth-like layers and differing heights and sharp points everywhere...maybe black instead of orange though.
