Week Four, Blog One: "The" Rules of Engagement #1

Definite Dominion

The – an excellent opening to any manuscript, I think. Recognize the monolithic stature of this exemplary article. Notice the T – symmetrical and imposing. It dwarfs the accompanying marks that make up its physical form. It supplies the paradox of protective patronage – a post-modern, precarious precipice. Bear with me; you need not go over the edge.

Examine the h, and appreciate the grace with which it escorts the e to terrains unknown. If movement was what h is to T and e, what a wonderful element it would be. It would be, but is not, and h retains primacy in the arena of connectivity. Do not be fooled, though, for h is majestic in its own right, and I cannot imagine The holding such a firm grasp in our language without the elegance h provides.
