Cory-
Firstly, let me apologize for not "rewriting" and "editing" your narrative.
I found your narrative very interesting. I like how you introduced your...I guess inspiration and how you fulfilled it. I also liked how you showed your struggle with the vegetarian lifestyle and the issues concerning animal by-products.
Your last statement "So many questions, so little time..." is the only place where I could see some improvement. Why don’t you make a list of your questions? at least some of them. That way we could perhaps investigate them and ponder over them in order to generate more questions which will at least make us understand an issue a little bit better. I'm going to guess that what I just said is very awkward...So I'll try to revise. Perhaps if we begin to ask questions such as the reason why people choose the vegetarian lifestyle or why trying to find some foods that contain no animal by-products is pretty difficult and extremely limited. For instance, if you go to Publix you will see Chorizos in the case containing soy- and rice- milk and yogurt, surrounded by them even...why? I mean, I'm sure you have seen a great deal of more instances like this, we all have, if we just bothered to look... I think that it’s just better to openly ask these questions than to keep asking ourselves. I hope you can understand my mini-tirade.
Anyways, Good job and good luck :)
