The internet definitely has its downsides - spam, trolls, people who take advantage of the anonymity of the medium to unleash their Inner Asshole - but its communal nature definitely gives rise to some hilarious memes, such as the collection of goofy cat pictures with captions, or All Your Base Are Belong To Us. Photoshop is truly a wonderful thing.

Speaking of Photoshop, yesterday I went to a day long seminar on Photoshop in Tampa, and it was taught by this guy, who is evidently some sort of Photoshop guru. Here's something he did entirely with Photoshop:

It was fascinating and full of new information and I learned more in that one day than I have in over seven years of actually using the program.
