I have chosen to review the work of Meagan Taylor because I felt the need to engage in some reciprocity. Furthermore, I found her work to be clever and insightful as well as quirky which are three characteristics to which I am invariably attracted.

I found Meagan's narrative to be quite an ingenious use of third person or God perspective. The introspection of her own nature through the eyes of an omniscient deity shows a flare for creativity as well as self awareness. Stylistically, her use of alternating views of the same events demonstrates that relativity principles can be applied to human events and perspective creates reality. I don't care very much about grammar or spelling and therefore neither of those factor into my particular review rubric. I thoroughly enjoyed Meagan narrative.

Now on to her remixes.

Her remix of my own Charlie was tremendous. I was genuinely thrilled at how she took Charlie and made him her own while very much staying true to Charlie. It was a very cool experience for me personally to have someone take my work and remix it in this fashion. It created a feeling of connectedness that is often elusive for me. The reason being that Meagan was able to relate to something I had written so well that she was able to create a new chapter in Charlie's life that I would have been proud to have created myself. Truly very cool.

Her rework of Stephen's narrative displayed Meagan's affinity for playfulness intermingled with the outlandish. It is an example of Meagan at her quirky best. I particularly enjoyed her use of the purple dinosaur who turns out to be the beloved and hated Barney. The dual nature of the individual reaction to Barney provides a glimpse into Meagan's own duality in the form of a pleasant honor student slash trash talking libertine dichotomy.

Finally, in her remix of Jessica'a art, we are shown another facet of the multi-talented Meagan. I found her remix to be quite bold as was Jessica's original. While I freely admit that I lack any qualifications to judge such work other than my own questionable standards, I found her art to exhibit talent. Further, the juxtaposition of the two pieces with Jessica's pieces provides yet another example of how we all perceive the world differently and while the perceptions obviously differ they are equally valid and worthy.

I was tempted to give Meagan a perfect 20 out of 20 but I worried that such a score might lead to a sense of self satisfaction and act as a disincentive to future progress. I want no part of inflating her already dangerously huge ego and therefore, I give Meagan a score of 19.8 out of 20 because there is always room for growth.
